The Arts Council of Plant City invites you to join our Chilifest Competition! The Registration and Guidelines are available. The Plant City Chilifest and Chili Cook Off is Saturday October 28th, from 11 am to 1 pm. Competition categories include Hot, Spicy and Novelty.
